The 4 kW (Class 4) main motor delivers robust power, while the 0.75 kW hydraulic motor drives the automatic clamping and feeding system, and the 40 W cooling motor continuously maintains blade temperature. These three motors work in synergy to ensure stable and efficient cutting performance.

The standout feature of this model is its PLC-based fully automated control system, which seamlessly completes the entire process: clamping, feeding, sawing, releasing, and resetting.

Each feeding cycle covers 500 mm and supports cumulative operation through multiple cycles, enabling continuous unmanned operation.

With a total weight of 1,445.5 kg, the machine features an extremely rigid dual-column guidance structure and a work surface height of 660 mm, measuring 2,180 × 2,200 × 1,450 mm—combining stability with ease of use.

Compared to traditional semi-automatic equipment, the GZ4233 demonstrates significantly improved efficiency—allowing one operator to manage multiple units, effectively reducing labor costs and physical strain while producing surfaces that are flat, smooth, and free of burrs.
