Hongshengjie H-22N CNC Band Saw Machine

       To address common efficiency challenges in batch sawing of bar materials and steel bars, Hubei Hongshengjie Trading Co., Ltd. has introduced the H-22N horizontal CNC metal band saw machine, offering a practical and effective solution.

        This equipment is designed for round bars and steel bars with diameters ranging from 12 mm to 50 mm, making it particularly suitable for continuous batch cutting of bundled bar materials.

        The H-22N employs bimetallic band saw blades measuring 4115 × 34 × 1.1 mm, a specification that balances cutting efficiency and fatigue resistance through optimized tooth profile design and blade thickness, making it ideal for prolonged continuous operation on medium-diameter bars.

The sawing speed is adjustable in four settings: 31 m/min, 48 m/min, 60 m/min, and 86 m/min. Operators can select the optimal cutting line speed based on material type (e.g., low-carbon steel, medium-carbon steel, alloy steel, or rebar), thereby achieving a balance between efficiency and saw blade lifespan.

Regarding the power system, the main motor delivers 4 kW (Class 4) of power, providing sufficient energy for saw frame feeding and saw belt operation; the hydraulic motor operates at 0.75 kW, responsible for automatic clamping and releasing workpieces to maintain their position during cutting; the cooling motor provides 90 W of power to spray coolant over the cutting area, reducing frictional heat buildup and enhancing cut surface smoothness.

The feeding mechanism features a 400 mm single-stroke design, which, when paired with a CNC system, enables automatic feed control based on predetermined lengths.

       In batch processing mode, this feature significantly reduces the frequency of manual measurements, making it particularly suitable for cutting large quantities of bar materials with identical specifications and enhancing output per unit time.

      The device measures 2300 × 2500 × 1600 mm in dimensions and weighs 1922 kg.

The relatively adequate weight of the machine body helps reduce operational vibrations, ensuring consistent cutting dimensions and a smooth cross-sectional profile.
